Once your request is verified, we begin a staged deletion process that removes or irreversibly anonymises your personal data from our active systems and schedules it for removal from backups in accordance with our retention policies. You will receive a confirmation email when this process has been completed.
If you are unable to use the online form, you can alternatively contact our support team by email at support@beamwallet.com from the email address linked to your Beam Wallet account and include the subject line "Beam Wallet Data Deletion Request."
